Yes; we offer this at our Frenchman’s Creek Self Storage 3 location. It is exterior, uncovered storage within a designated parking space. Please visit our Vehicle & RV Storage page for details.

All storage leases are on a month-to-month lease, whether renting a storage unit or RV storage parking space.  A one-time $10 administrative fee is due upon lease sign up for new customers.  All rent is due on the 1st of each month.

We require a government-issued photo ID such as a Driver’s License.  If renting a RV/Trailer/Boat parking space, we also require a copy of the current Insurance PLUS the Title or current Registration for each item being stored.

A 10-day move out notice is required per the lease.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. We accept all major credit/debit cards, personal checks, cashier’s checks and money orders. We DO NOT accept cash.  We also offer Autopay using a debit or credit card set up to automatically pay your storage rent each month. Online payments may also be made through our website (must use Microsoft Edge as your browser) once your online account is set up.

Yes; a 10% discount on monthly rent is available for Active/Retired Military, First Responders, Seniors 65+, and Students (a valid ID is required during lease sign-up to receive the discount) OR if you rent more than 1 unit or space from us.

Yes; we offer secure disc locks for purchase at our main office location. Please contact us for pricing.
